Author Guidelines
Journal of Strategic Management and International Business (JSMIB) welcomes the submission of high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the field of [your journal's scope]. To ensure a smooth and efficient review and publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript.
1. Manuscript Submission
- Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system at [insert submission link].
- Cover Letter: A cover letter must be included, briefly explaining the significance of the work and confirming that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
2. Manuscript Preparation

- Recognize individuals or organizations that provided assistance or funding
- References:
- Follow the IEEE style for references
- Ensure all references are cited in the text and vice versa
- Tables and Figures:
- Include tables and figures at the end of the manuscript or in separate files
- Each table and figure must have a title and be numbered consecutively
4. Ethical Considerations
- Authorship: All authors must have significantly contributed to the research. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors approve the final version of the manuscript.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and not plagiarized. All sources must be appropriately cited.
- Ethical Approval: Research involving human participants or animals must have ethical approval, and a statement to this effect must be included in the manuscript.
5. Review Process
- Initial Check: The editorial team will perform an initial check for compliance with submission guidelines and relevance to the journal's scope.
- Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial check will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two independent reviewers.
- Decision: Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial team will make a decision:

6. Revision and Resubmission
